If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total. If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total. If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the booking total.

General Information:
General Indemnity
Whilst every reasonable precaution has been taken by Azaria Guesthouse to ensure the safety of our guests and their possessions whilst enjoying our accommodation, Azaria Guesthouse, the management and the owners do not accept any liability if any loss or damage to persons or property is experienced by a guest and their visitors.
Valuables:
Azaria Guesthouse, the management or the owners do not accept any liability for loss of or damage to any valuables or property belonging to guests or their visitors. It is therefore the sole responsibility of all our guests to make arrangements for adequate insurance coverage on all valuable items before arrival at Azaria Guesthouse. This includes but is not limited to, photographic equipment, laptops or other electronic devices, jewellery, cash or vehicles.
Loss or Damage to Azaria Guesthouse:
Should Azaria Guesthouse suffer any loss or damage as a result of an act or omission by a guest or visitor of a guest, the guest will remain liable for full reimbursement of such loss or damage incurred and will be billed accordingly.
Right of Admission Reserved:
Azaria Guesthouse at all times reserves the full right of admission and accepts no liability for any loss or damage that may result from the legal and reasonable exercising of such rights.
Smoking:
For the comfort of our guests, Azaria Guesthouse is a strictly non-smoking accommodation establishment except for outside communal guest areas. A penalty of R2,500.00 per person applies to non-adherence.
Minors:
Minors are the sole responsibility of the parents, guardian(s) or the person or persons in whose care they are whilst at Azaria Guesthouse or whilst using its facilities.
Pets:
* Whilst Azaria Guesthouse is a pet-friendly guesthouse, no pets are to be left unsupervised in the rooms or any communal guest area at any time.
* Pets remain the sole responsibility of the parents, guardian(s) or the person or persons in whose care they are whilst at Azaria Guesthouse or whilst using its facilities.
* Pets must be kept on a leash in the public areas except in the guest’s rooms.
* Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets at the facility and in the neighbourhood.
* Any disturbances such as barking or fighting must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced.
* Guests are responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from their pets.
* Azaria Guesthouse reserves the right to charge the guest’s account to commensurate the cost of such damages.
* Azaria Guesthouse reserves the right to evict the guest and pets from the premises if and whenever required with no prior notification.
Entertaining of Non-paying Visitors:
No visitors are allowed in guest rooms and a penalty of R1,000.00 per person applies to non-adherence. Visitors are allowed outside and in all communal guest areas, and should guests wish for their visitors to stay over, all current per-person room rates will apply and is subject to room availability.
Keys:
* On arrival and during normal working hours, the keys will be handed over to the guest after payment is done.
* Special arrangements must be made for key collections for late arrivals.
* During the day keep the keys with you but make sure the rooms are locked.
* On departure, leave the keys with the caretaker after additional charges have been settled.
* If departure takes place before 08H00, lock the room, exit with the vehicle via the motor gate, close the gate behind you and leave the keys in the key deposit box located on the inside next to the small gate.
* Lost keys or damaged locks will be billed to the guests at an additional fee of R1,000.00 for the replacement keys, remote and repairs to be made.
Braai/BBQ Facilities:
* Never leave the braai unattended once lit.
* Please keep children away from the lit braai area.
* The braai area may be used at any time but at the guest's own risk.
* No wood or fire lighters will be supplied by Azaria Guesthouse and remain the responsibility of the guests.
* Azaria Guesthouse will only supply the grill and tongs upon request before guests using the braai facilities.
* Please keep the area tidy and leave the braai as you found it.
* No hot ash may be discarded in bins located on the property.
Swimming Pool:
* The swimming pool may be used from 10H00 until 19H00.
* Guests may use the pool at their own risk.
* Diving is strictly prohibited as it could lead to serious injury.
* No children under 12 years are allowed near the pool without adult supervision.
* Keep the pool area neat at all times.
* Running in and around the pool area is prohibited as it can cause injuries.
* Keep the noise levels to a minimum when in and around the pool area.
* The use of alcohol and glassware in and around the pool is prohibited.
* Throwing litter in the pool is not allowed.
* Removing the creepy from the pool or playing with the pool cleaning equipment is strictly prohibited.
* Only suitable swimwear can be worn in the pool area.
* Pool towels can be provided by Azaria Guesthouse upon request prior to using the swimming pool and should be returned after the use thereof.
* Azaria Guesthouse, the management or the owners are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property, injury, disability or death arising from whatsoever reason while using the poor or playing around the pool area.
Noise:
Please consider fellow guests and Neighbours and keep the noise levels down. We need to emphasize that we cannot accept a group ‘taking over the house’, being noisy, partying and being a nuisance to other guests or Neighbours. We have a strict no noise policy of no noise before 10H00 and no noise after 22H00.
Linen & General
* Please switch off lights when you leave your room for the day or upon departure.
* Please do not remove any items from the room.
* Please refrain from hanging towels and clothing over the beds. Hooks have been provided.
* We do not allow our washing in for instance (bathroom) wash basins and hanging of washing around in the garden. Drying beach towels, bikinis etc. is possible on the washing line, situated on the side of the house. If washing & ironing is required we offer paid laundry service.
* Azaria Guesthouse is not responsible for loss or damage to clothes. If colours require separate washing, please ask Rosie‘s staff and hand them in separately.
* Own ironing (on beds or counters) is not allowed. An ironing board and iron can be arranged upon request after 08H00.
* Azaria Guesthouse is an extremely water-saving conscious establishment. We therefore ask all our guests to consider this and don’t let taps run unnecessarily and take too many & long showers.
* To conserve resources we do not offer clean towels daily, but rather on guest request. When you would like your towels to be replaced, please put them on the shower floor.
* Bed linen will only be changed once a week for stays longer than a week, or upon special request.
PRrivate Property:
All areas marked as “PRIVATE PROPERTY”, “STAFF ONLY” or “NO ENTRY” at Azaria Guesthouse is strictly off-limits to all guests and their visitors.
Terms & Conditions:
By signing this indemnity form, I state that I have read and understood the terms and conditions and that I am aware that the Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with the indemnity form.
Cancellation Policy
* If a booking is cancelled more than 30 days before arrival, no fee will be charged.
* If a booking is cancelled within 30 days before arrival, 50% of the reservation fee will be charged.
* Full payment will be charged if the reservation is cancelled within 1 week before arrival or in the case of a no-show.
Payment Policy:
* Bookings are taken in advance through online booking portholes, Facebook, our website, email or by telephone, but are only confirmed on receipt of payment, within the next 3 working days into the following account:

* Use your name + Surname + Date of arrival as your reference.
* All bookings made via online booking platforms are to follow the payment and cancellation policies provided on the platform the booking has been made through.
* The booking will automatically be deemed cancelled if payment has not been received by the due date.
* Proof of payment is to be presented on arrival.
* No persons other than those quoted are allowed to share the accommodation.
* Payment may also be made upon arrival if arranged with management.
Arrival & Departure
* Rooms are available from 14H00 and are to be vacated by 10H00 on the day of departure.
* The booking will be deemed cancelled if not taken up by 19H00 unless prior notification has been given of late arrival.
* The full rate of the reservation will be charged for rooms not vacated after 10H00.
* For late arrivals after 20H00 which has not been arranged before late arrival with management, the room will be made available for new bookings, and will be forfeited by the guest, and the guest will have to book again, subject to room availability.
