About De Hoop Coastal Trail

The De Hoop Coastal Trail is best done at low tide when the coastal limestone platforms are exposed. A number of rock pools are ideal for exploring, swimming and snorkeling. The trail can be walked in either direction along the shore from the boardwalk at Koppie Alleen. Turn right for the beach and left to explore the rock pools and limestone cliffs.
