Full payment is required one month prior to arrival.
Kindly advise time of arrival (indicate flight numbers) so that we can meet and greet you at the reception for check-in.
Credit card details are required and a ZAR 2000 is payable in advance or upon the Check-in which will be added onto your rental amount and refunded within seven days after check-out (or after banking details has been received), should everything be in order.
Any loss or damage to the property and/or its contents must be paid for, whether accidental or on purpose.
Any lost keys or keys not returned will result in locks & keys being replaced and you held accountable for such charges. This is in the interest of security.
Due attention is therefore advised. Should such damage or loss be more than the Key & Breakage deposit, you will forfeit your deposit and still be liable for the balance of such loss and/or damage.
Please note that the construction in the surrounding area is completed and new facilities have been opened.
Water restrictions are no longer so strict since Cape Town has been blessed with received a lot of rain in the last few months.
Water taxis have resumed their hop on hop off schedule to the V&A Waterfront every 20 mns from 09:00 to 18:00 or later
