About Bayview Mountain Sea Facing Cottages

Three sea facing cottages perfectly positioned in a peaceful setting, nestled against the forest overlooking breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean, white beach, quaint harbour and majestic mountains. Offering home away from home accommodation, tastefully furnished and well equipped with everything needed for a relaxing seaside holiday.

The ever-changing moods of sunrises, sunsets, sea, sky are mesmerising. You feel far from the maddening crowd watching the white sails and the colourful fishing boats that come and go to catch the fish that is later served in the trendy local restaurants. After sunset, the views become even more magical with all the reflections of the moon and harbour lights twinkling on the water.

Each cottage enjoys breathtaking sea views from every room and window... you can gaze out all the way across the ocean to Kommetjie Lighthouse, even while relaxing in bed. Each cottage has its own delightful terrace ideal for al-dente meals, sundowners and cookouts over the braai (bbq).

Very comfortable stay . June is a woderful host adding a few special touches, like chlled wine in the fridge etc. Nestled in the top of a mountain this is a really special place on earth. PS. The Driveway is really not that bad. Put your car in 1st and you are up in 20 seconds.

The most hospitable, friendly hosts in June and Alan. A beautifully relaxing long weekend in the most tranquil surroundings. Ideally situated for beach walks and mountain hikes. Highly recommended to unwind, appreciate and indulge in nature's magnificence.
