About The Big Tuskers Bush Camp

The Big Tusker Bush Camp is located in Marloth Park and it shares the Crocodile River border with the Kruger National Park. There are many species of game and birds which can be found within the park. We are 25 km from Malelane and 20 km from Komatiepoort and the Crocodile Bridge gate. The property is not fenced which allows many animals to roam through the camp. Lions, buffalo and rhino are fenced in an enormous tract of bush called Lionspruit, which is within Marloth Park. During the day, you are allowed to walk or cycle through the park.

The Big Tuskers Bush Camp is designed for physically disabled guests to enjoy the bush. We can accommodate eight guests, two per chalet. Children under five years of age stay free if sharing the chalet with their parents. Each chalet has its own bathroom, fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery. The kitchen is shared by all of the chalets and it is fully equipped. There is a braai area and the chalets are serviced on request. The cleaning lady charges R50 on weekdays and R75 on weekends. She will also cook for you should you desire, but an extra charge will be levied. You are requested to bring your own swimming towels and torches, should the electricity fail.

Had a fantastic 2 nights at The Big Tusker. Shared facilities excellent and position to Kruger entrances great. Pity minimal information on Marloth park and surrounds. Wildlife wandering around the bush was great. Will go back.

I was very surpriced about the layout of this "small" house. Comfortable +++. It was so nice to be received by a very friendly host, Stella. The communal kitchen is lovely although we did not use it. The Big Tuskers Bush Camp will for sure see me again.

My husband and I were looking for a quick overnight on our way to Mozambique. We found big tuskers and booked it, paid the low price and we're set. We arrived after check in due to traffic , yet they were still there ready to help us check in and get settled. Our chalet was amazing, had everything we needed - a fridge, lovely shower, comfy bed, mosquito nets, aircon..... We even had a fridge a few meters from our front door. We would come back with big tuskers as our destination next time!!

Thank you. Although we only stayed for one night, we enjoyed it very much. The place is lovely.
