Bougainvillea Safari Lodge is owned and managed by Tanzanians, located on the outskirts of Karatu, between Lake Manyara and the Ngorongoro Crater.We offer 32 guest rooms in total; equipped with double- or twin beds, en-suite bathrooms, mosquito nets, fireplaces and verandas overlooking the lush tropical gardens. Some rooms have interleading rooms and extra beds can be added on request for families, by prior arrangement.There is a large common area with the reception, a lounge, a bar, a dining room and a gift shop. The swimming pool sits in the centre of the property,

Important Information
In the case that more than 15 clients are brought with ONE booking, ONE client will be free of charge. This only counts with one booking at a time and there will be a maximum of one client free of charge.
To secure your booking a 30% non-refundable deposit should be paid.
Should this payment not be received your room/s can be sold.
Final payment, i.e. 100% should be made before 30 days of arrival date.
For bookings within 30 days prior to arrival, 50% non refundable payment should be made within 10 days or the booking will be cancelled.
Bougainvillea Safari Lodge reserves the right to refuse bookings at its discretion.
Payments are by cheque paid directly to the Bougainvillea account or by bank transfer.
Please note however any charges made by the bank will be carried by you and not by Bougainvillea Safari Lodge.
Full payment as outlined on the invoice must be paid.
Any disputes about reservations or payments or complaints about quality of service should be made in writing to Bougainvillea Safari Lodge within 7 days or will be deemed to have not occurred, with no compromise made to outstanding monies.
