Featuring 6 bedrooms, the villa has a balcony and patio with lake views and a private beach. The bathrooms are fitted with baths or showers and offer free toiletries. The main villa has a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, three double bedrooms sharing two bathrooms, a grand hall, a magnificent dining room and a cozy sitting room with a fireplace with Iranian rugs and mahogany floors.

The cottage has one double room and a triple room with two shared bathrooms. It also has a cosy sitting room and a verandar with a dining table. Both houses include free drinking water, clean beach towels, insect repellant and sunscreen.

The villa has a private chef who can cater to anyone's food preferences - from traditional Indian or Ugandan food to gluten free vegetarian meals and Spanish tapas. Tea or coffee with cake or cookies is available in the morning and afternoon. You can choose to eat anywhere you like - from dinner on the beach with a campfire to a sunrise breakfast on one of the hills. Guests can enjoy guided nature walks, bird watching, fishing, croquet, volleyball, beach games, water-skiing or swimming in the infinity pool.

One Minute South Villa offers laundry and babysitting services. Ample parking is also available from where the boat departs and the premises are guarded round the clock by security personnel.
