Important Information
* Cardholder, ID/Passport is required at check-in.
* Credit card used for the online deposit must be present at check-in.
Postponing policy:
* Should a guest wish to postpone his/her booking 14 days prior to the arrival date, a booking postponing fee of 30% of the booking total will apply.
* Should a guest wish to postpone his/her booking less than 14 days prior to the arrival date, the booking will be classified as a cancellation and the booking cancellation policy will apply.
* Should a guest be booked on a special rate and decide to postpone booking, to a date outside of the special rate period, the Special Amount will expire and the guest will have to pay the amount that is being offered at the time and will be charged an additional 30% of the booking total as a postponing fee.
* Final payment is due 5 days before arrival.
Additional notes:
* Limited public street parking is available at an additional charge.
* Limited undercover parking is available with arrangements at R100.00 per parking per day. Subject to availability. Height restriction is 1.90 m.
* A baby cot is available at an additional cost of R 75 with prior arrangements.
