What a terrible experience:-(There was a group booking on the Friday night and this crowd had absolutely NO respect for the other guests. They constantly kept on opening/closing/banging doors, shouting, and despite being asked to keep the noise down, they carried in. I even went down to reception to report it, however nothing was done. Hotel staff should be doing there jobs and looking after all guests and not ignore them.

The bunk bed - is there no way to be able to put it up if there are not 3 people in a room? Both of us bumped our heads on it.
